Halau Ku Mana is a start-up public charter school for students in grades 6-12. Through place-based learning, Western education curriculum, Hawaiian cultural and language studies, and environmental stewardship, students become life long learners who seek positive, systematic change in their local, regional and global communities. Located in the beautiful Makiki Valley, Halau Ku Mana allows students to learn in both indoor and outdoor classes. With small classes, Halau Ku Mana offers its students both remediation and challenge through traditional teaching and modern technology.
